I have lots of past experience on popular servers moderating/ being an admin.

I said "poop" on the server

Scenarios

You join the server to one of the staff griefing the server. What would you do?

If I had the correct perms I would kick said staff member but If I didn't I would contact somebody with the correct rank/perms to kick said staff member.

The griefer tells you that you have to work with him or he will deop everyone and stop the server. What do you do?:

Not help them and get de-oped until higher-up staff member interferes.

Someone is spamming in the chat "Vo_d is cheating". What do you do?:

Ask the player to stop spamming and check anti-cheat or PVP against them.

A staff member mutes the spammer and after a few hours, he gets unmuted. He continues spamming "Vo_d is cheating" except in FancyChat letters. What do you do?:

Ask them to stop and if they don't kick them.

A staff member gets hacked and all of the shopkeepers get deleted and a lot of the spawn is griefed. What do you do in this situation?:

Contact a Dev or kick said staff member so no further damage can be done.
