What rank do you want and why?: Manager because ive been manager on alot of servers and i know what a manager does

Scenarios

You join the server to one of the staff griefing the server. What would you do? i instantly clip it and send it to the owner

The griefer tells you that you have to work with him or he will deop everyone and stop the server. What do you do?: i dont listen to him and i still tell the owner because the owner has console so he can deop

Someone is spamming in the chat "Vo_d is cheating". What do you do?: i mute that guy for an hour that guy and then i go in vanish and start watching that guy

A staff member mutes the spammer and after a few hours, he gets unmuted. He continues spamming "Vo_d is cheating" except in FancyChat letters. What do you do?: i mute him again for 5 hours

A staff member gets hacked and all of the shopkeepers get deleted and a lot of the spawn is griefed. What do you do in this situation?: i tell the owner and ask him if he has a backup if he doesnt ill help so we get them back

What will you do to help the server?: I can make ranks in order and help the developer with some skripts i know how to skript a bit i know how to skript /spawn and combat plugin
