Scenarios

You join the server to one of the staff greifing the server. What would you do? I would ban them but if they were higher position I would tell higher staff

The griefer tells you that you have to work with him or he will deop everyone and stop the server. What do you do?: I would agree but before start working with him try to stall as much as possible while telling a higher rank

Someone is spamming in the chat "Vo_d is cheating". What do you do?: I would ask them to stop but if they don't stop I would temporarily mute them and then go /effect give coopez invisibility 99999 255 true so I have invis with no particles and then if Vo_d found guilty or not ban them

A staff member mutes the spammer and after a few hours, he gets unmuted. He continues spamming "Vo_d is cheating" except in FancyChat letters. What do you do?: I would tempmute them but with 1 hour added to the mute the other staff member added but if they keep spamming I would permenantly mute them

A staff member gets hacked and all of the shopkeepers get deleted and a lot of the spawn is griefed. What do you do in this situation?: Contact the owner while temporarily banning the staff to make sure the hacker doesent get on again and tell the owner that I temp banned them so they would know when to unban them back then try to fix most of the damage as possible

What will you do to help the server?: Make sure to give the right punishments to the right people while making sure I dont abuse any of my power
