What rank do you want and why?: i would like the role Staff Manager, i would like this role because i think it would benefit the server because then the owner wouldn't have to worry about the staff or anything to do with the staff as the Staff Manager will be dealing with it therefor giving the owner more time to do what they want or more time to improve / work on the server when they want to without any distractions

Scenarios

You join the server to one of the staff griefing the server. What would you do? As the staff manager i would take there role away ASAP and if they have op then i would deop them. I would also put them on the list of the people that cant re apply for staff as they could grief again and we don't want that.

The griefer tells you that you have to work with him or he will deop everyone and stop the server. What do you do?: I would just de op him first i would also send a message to any other staff like the owner to get on to make sure that we can deal with this effectively without causing any harm to the server or any of the players that are currently on.

Someone is spamming in the chat "Vo_d is cheating". What do you do?: I would ask them to stop Spamming as it is against the rules I would then say "Please do not accuse people of spamming make sure that you have the evidence" I would then go into vanish and record I always record when finding hackers because if I ban them and they say that they weren't hacking then its my word against there's but when I have the recording I have all of the evidence that I need to ban the person.

A staff member mutes the spammer and after a few hours, he gets unmuted. He continues spamming "Vo_d is cheating" except in FancyChat letters. What do you do?:

A staff member gets hacked and all of the shopkeepers get deleted and a lot of the spawn is griefed. What do you do in this situation?: Assuming that the owner has a backup of the server (witch would be a great idea to do) then I would deop the hacked staff member and when they can get there account back and they have full control over the account then i would give them there perms back and tell them to make sure this docent happen again.

Extra Information

What will you do to help the server?: I can advertise on the lobby since i have VIP in MineHut my messages are more clear to everyone. I can also as a Staff Manage make sure that all of the staff are doing their job and making sure that they are active, and If they are not active then I will have to have a chat with them and make sure that they step up there game
